Dan draws on 24 years of successful entrepreneurship, including investments and ownership in the financial sector in his native Michigan with a strong shareholder position in a full-service financial institution as well as the operation of a lending institution servicing his holdings in the manufactured housing communities; real estate development (including commercial, retail and hospitality) including acquisition and extensive remodel of a hotel in North Carolina, which he successfully transformed into a leading Crowne Plaza property; shipping venues that specialize in the Bahamas, Turks/Caicos and the Caribbean region; and manufactured housing developments.
His business instinct and acumen, including concise analysis of market trends, is well-respected and has impacted numerous entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, Dan has begun collaborations to engage in providing government solutions for real estate development and leasing, as well as a firm focused on international property development.
